The Rawhyde Team

Any company is only as good as the people that make it up, and RawHyde Adventures is very proud of the dedicated team of professionals that work here. We feel that in order to provide excellent programs you need passionate people. You will find an extraordinary level of passion amongst the RawHyde staff.

Jim Hyde - Owner and founder

Jim is a voracious outdoorsman. He is an avid motorcyclist and the chief instructor of the RawHyde Adventures training school. Jim's vision and enthusiasm are the driving force behind RawHyde Adventures.

Cheryl Westfall - Rider Coach

Cheryl is a certified Motorcycle Safety Foundation instructor, and a passionate motorcyclist. To say that she lives and breathes motorcycles is an understatement - She is a professional "moto-coach" and loves what she does.

Rafael Bertolous - Rider Coach

Rafael loves his motorcycles; Passion for the BMW brand is evident in his office. He has 3 BMW's next to his desk. An HP2, a GS 1150 Adventure, and a 1954 BMW R51/3 with a Stoye sidecar. Rafael can always be found at the RawHyde rallies, riding at the back of the pack helping the guys who need it and "sweeping" to make sure that no one gets lost.

Mark Sticklmaier - Rider Coach. (On left)

Mark both personifies and embodies todays "Adventure Rider". Baja Mexico is Marks favorite playground on his R1200 GS. He has thousands of miles of back country riding experience & is one of the most enthusiastic people on our team.

Del Christensen - Rider Coach & Adventure Guide

We call Del "Mr. Adventure" for many reasons. He is one of the most seasoned outdoorsmen you will ever meet. A certified mountain guide, a rock climbing instructor; and an avid "Adventure Rider" Del teaches our "off site" riding clinics and is a trip leader for our new program "The Adventure Experience".
