(Directions)

I-70 from the West

Take the Minturn Exit (Hwy 24), follow 24 to Leadville about 25 miles, follow Hwy 24 through the town of Leadville and head south towards Buena Vista. The Hwy will be heading west out of Leadville then about 3-4 miles from town the Hwy will turn to the south. About 100 yards after the curve turn right on Hwy 300 and head west for 1/4 mile. You will see a brown log house and the associated driveway on the right. Follow the driveway to the camping area.

I-70 from the East

Take the Leadville/Copper Mountain Exit (Hwy 91). Follow Hwy 91 to Leadville (20 miles). Just before Leadville Hwy 91 will change into Hwy 24, follow Hwy 24 through the town of Leadville and head south towards Buena Vista. The Hwy will be heading west out of Leadville then about 3-4 miles from town the Hwy will turn to the south. About 100 yards after the curve turn right on Hwy 300 and head west for 1/4 mile. You will see a brown log house and the associated driveway on the right. Follow the driveway to the camping area.

Highway 24 from the South

From Buena Vista you will be traveling north, about 4 miles from Leadville the Hwy will turn east. You will see a Shamrock station and store (the store is a green metal building with all types of signs on it). When you see the building look for a left hand turn lane and make a left on Hwy 300 about 100 yards south of the Shamrock station. Follow Hwy 300 for 1/4 of a mile. You will see a brown log house and the associated driveway on the right. Follow the driveway to the camping area.
