  • Registering for training, training-tours, or events
  • Communicating with us for sales, marketing, or support purposes

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you inquire about our services, register for a class or tour, complete booking forms, sign waivers, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, contact information, emergency contact details, and other information necessary to deliver our services.

Booking, Payment, and Waiver Information

Rawhyde uses third-party platforms to manage bookings, payments, customer records, and liability waivers:

  • Rezdy – Our online booking and payment platform
  • Zoho – Our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • SmartWaiver – Our electronic waiver and release platform

Payment information is processed securely through Rezdy and its integrated payment providers. Rawhyde does not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on its own servers.

Information submitted through SmartWaiver is used solely for liability, safety, and legal compliance purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information to help maintain site security, improve performance, and analyze visitor behavior. This may include:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Operating system
  • Language preferences
  • Referring URLs
  • Pages viewed and interaction data

Photo & Video Release Policy

Rawhyde Adventures photographs and records video during training programs, tours, and events for marketing, promotional, and documentation purposes.

By participating in a Rawhyde event, you grant Rawhyde the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media now known or later developed, without compensation.

If you have concerns regarding media usage, please contact us prior to your event. While we cannot guarantee exclusion in group environments, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.


BMW of North America – General Media Release

Some Rawhyde events may involve filming by BMW of North America, LLC. By participating in such events, you grant BMW of North America the unrestricted, worldwide right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional, documentary, or commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that BMW of North America owns all rights to such media and that participation does not entitle you to compensation.

Here at Rawhyde Adventures we believe in actually having a conversation with people that are interested in our programs so please call us if you have the time. If you reach our voicemail; please leave a message and we WILL return your call promptly.

Please Note: Occasionally we have programs that require the service of our entire staff and take us far beyond cell range, and thus it may be a day or two before we can return your call, but rest assured we will do so as soon as possible.

Even though we'd really rather talk to you in person.. email is sometimes necessary so - email if you must but call us if you can, we'll be delighted to answer your questions. If you do not receive a response to your email within 2 business days; please call. If we are out of the office (as stated above) we will contact you as soon as possible.
